Japanese whispers

Berlin is not only attracting all sorts of European and American hipsters, but also hundreds of Japanese of the lost generation. Fleeing their restrictive society, Berlin seems like the ideal place to develop a new identity. I admire their strength to make it in a culture this different from their own, without much language skils, working shitty jobs. I sure hope they will eventually find out that Germans are not slackers forever, but have a solid career plan up their sleeves.
